Services & Products
Cat Toy BD is an online store operating in Bangladesh, selling cat toys and related products. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.
Order Confirmation
Placing an order on our website means you agree to purchase the selected product(s) under these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to confirm orders via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Cat Toy BD reserves the right to cancel any order if customer details are incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious.
Payment Method
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.
However:
If we identify an order as suspicious or fail to verify customer details, we may request BDT 120 advance payment before dispatch.
Failure to provide the advance payment may result in order cancellation.
No card or online payment information is collected for COD orders.
Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka City: BDT 60
Outside Dhaka (All Bangladesh): BDT 120
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.
Return Policy
For the purpose of this policy, “Return” means:
Customer refuses to receive the product after ordering, or
Customer requests to return the product after delivery.
Important Notes:
If a customer refuses to receive the product without any product defect, the order will not be eligible for return or refund.
If the product has a defect or is damaged, after-sales support will be provided.
Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange under the following conditions:
a. Wrong or Faulty Product
If we deliver a wrong or defective product, we will offer free exchange.
In case of courier return, Cat Toy BD will bear one-way courier cost.
b. Change of Mind / Model / Preference
If the customer wants to exchange a product due to personal preference (size, color, model, etc.), the customer must:
Send the product back to our address, or
Use courier service at their own expense
Two-way courier charges must be paid in advance by the customer.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for exchange.
Non-Acceptance of Delivery
If a customer places an order and later refuses to accept delivery without a valid reason, Cat Toy BD reserves the right to:
Blacklist the customer from future COD orders
Require advance payment for any future orders

If you have any complaints regarding product quality, delivery, or service, please contact us in writing via email.

Order number
Registered mobile number
Detailed description of the issue
Supporting evidence (screenshots, photos, audio, or video)
